To ensure optimal airflow and temperature control, Cooltube™ units are recommended to be sized and mounted according to the following guidelines:
- Ensure BTU capacity of Cooltube and condenser are a balanced match.
- Mount Cooltube high on back wall approximately 2" (2 inches) below condiment pans.
- Ensure Cooltube covers the length of condiment pans, leaving a minimum of 2" (2 inches) clearance on each fan for air intake.
