Important Note Regarding Shipping Rates: The shipping rates displayed below are provided by a database connection with the shipping provider. Cooltube Inc. is not responsible for erroneous rate quotes provided by the shipping software. Shipping rates are estimated according to the respective carrier's (i.e. FedEx, UPS) base rate, plus approximate weight of the item, requested shipping method, warehouse processing/handling fees, and are subject to modification on the final sales invoice during order processing. Contact us at 888.302.4717 with any questions, or to receive a formal shipping estimate. All orders are shipped FOB Corona, CA 92879. Orders for customers in AK, HI and other "non-domestic" service areas, please contact us for a more formal quote.
Order Processing, Packaging/Preparation & Shipping Turnaround: For orders received by online or phone method during weekdays before 1 pm (PST - California), typical order processing, packaging/preparation, and shipping turnaround is 24 to 48 hours (usually same day). Your order fulfillment time can vary, depending on the amount of units ordered, additional packaging time, shipping method (LTL Freight research and scheduling), as well as volume of orders received by our warehouse.
Attention "Will Call" and "LTL Freight" Orders: If you are ordering materials for pick up at our Will Call Office in Corona, CA, simply select the "Will Call Pick-Up" option. Should the "dimensional shipping weight" of your online order exceed FedEx or UPS Ground service restrictions (usually 250 lbs) for your Cooltube product order, please contact us for a shipping quote, A Cooltube associate will notify you regarding shipping/handling charges during order processing, and adjust your sales invoice prior to payment collection accordingly.
